David K. Waggoner is the founder of The Waggoner Law Firm with offices located in Hillsboro and Corsicana.  David’s formal education includes a B.S. degree from Texas Tech, a M.S. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, a M.B.A. degree from George Washington University and a J.D. degree from Texas Tech. 

 

David is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, and was appointed by the State Bar President to serve as Chairman of the Agriculture Law Committee in 2003, and currently serves as co-chair of the annual Ag Law Seminar sponsored by the State Bar of Texas. Due to his contributions to the legal profession, David was chosen by his peers to be inducted as a Fellow of the State Bar of Texas Foundation. On a national level, David is a member of the International Stockmen’s Educational Foundation, Council for Agricultural Science and Technology, American Society of Animal Science, and American Agricultural Law Association.
